Halfway up a hill, our B&B is situated just 9 km from the beaches of Lavagna and Chiavari. In the distance you can see Lavagne and the Mediterranean Sea and even on a clear day Corsica is visible. The other coastal towns in the area are also a feast for the eyes.

Paggi is a true paradise, surrounded by a beautiful nature including the Cinque terre and the Ligurian coast. From the B&B Bellavista you can fully enjoy the beautiful northern Italy.
You can explore the surroundings by car, but along the coast there is an excellent train connection. You can also make a trip to the beautiful Ligurian inland, where you can even ski in the winter months.

Away from the traffic and bustle of everyday life, we find ourselves at an altitude of 270m. Thanks to a bright sun and the beautiful nature, one soon feels reborn. This and much more is contained in the beautiful Bed & Breakfast with every comfort, whose name Bella Vista (= beautiful view) cannot be better described.
Gastronomy in Paggi and surroundings
If desired, we can serve your dinner in our atmospheric covered outdoor kitchen. This can vary from a pizza or pasta evening, an Indian rice table to a Ligurian speciality. In the vicinity are several restaurants where you can go. The offer varies from simple to star quality. The Italian kitchen is characterised by its simplicity (Cucina Povere), which can be found in all regions. Always with local and fresh products. Scientific research has shown that the Mediterranean way of eating leads to fewer cardiovascular diseases. Products such as olive oil, fish, vegetables and herbs are produced on the coast. There is not much space for keeping animals in Liguria, where the coastal strip quickly changes into hills.
Bio olive oil
On the land around Bella Vista there are 65 olive trees. From these olives we produce our own olive oil. We use this oil in our dishes and of course it is also for sale.
We also have several fruit, lemon, orange and nut trees, from which we make our own jams, jellies, limoncello, arancello and other goodies. Our vegetable garden gives us all the vegetables we need for our cooking.
